Of course, this response will vary depending on the individual applicant’s past experiences. However, here are a few points you can use to inspire your response.

I decided to pursue a career in Nursing because of my love for taking care of others. I have always had a passion for supporting and guiding others through challenging times. I find the entire healthcare industry to be extremely inspiring, and I love all of the colleagues I have met during my time in this area of work.

How Do You Handle Stressful Situations in the Workplace?

Every job comes with stress every now and then, but when you are in the nursing field, these challenges can be very urgent! If you are caring for a very sick patient or working in the Emergency department, you’ll need to be able to keep your cool when things get hectic. This means having great organization skills, being able to communicate efficiently, and staying focused on the task at hand.

Nursing can be a very stressful position. Over the past few years of clinical, I have developed a strong response to challenges. What Makes You The Most Qualified Applicant For The Role?

Now is the time to talk about why you’d be a great addition to your prospective nursing team! In order to become a nurse, you must go through special programs and complete several years of school. While this does make you a qualified candidate, the interview should be a time for you to elaborate on why you would be a good addition to this specific team.

I have had many years of experience in a variety of Nursing roles, so I am an extremely confident individual. During my time in school and in clinical, I have worked on many different teams. Each of these teams had a unique collaboration style, which has made it easy for me to adapt to a variety of work styles.

Can You Talk About Your Collaboration Style?

Nursing is a very collaborative field of work. This is why it is so important for hiring managers to make sure that they hire employees who will be able to work well on their existing team! This particular interview question is a way for employers to find out if your work style matches with their current team of nurses. So, make sure to be yourself!
