Although it’s a great feature, it may not be worthwhile for everyone.

Employers: A job posting on Indeed can be made in just a handful of minutes as well. The time it takes to be reviewed varies between 4 and 24 hours. Depending on your company, you may or may not have to sponsor your post. Some job postings are free, and other sponsorship is required. If an employer wants their listing to be viewed by more applicants, they can always sponsor their post.

Going back to the assessments, an employer can choose to have applicants take certain assessments to evaluate their skills. This can be a great way to ensure a candidate meets certain criteria listed on the job description.
