it is time to download your free resume! You will find your resume in the JobGet app, so let’s get started. Open the app on your phone, and you will see job postings on the home page. On the bottom menu bar, click the Profile button, located on the right side of the menu bar.
Make sure that your app is updated to the most recent version! You can check this in your phone’s App Store.
Once you have found your profile, you will see a few buttons. The upper right-hand corner will have an “edit” option. Make sure your profile is all up to date and has all of the content that you’d like to highlight. Don’t forget to update your profile when you change or start new jobs!
Once you have reviewed your profile and made sure it contains all of the content that you want, you are ready to download your resume. Make sure you save your profile and then scroll down to “resume.”
You’re ready to download! Click “Download Resume” and your phone will prompt you to choose where you would like to download the file to. I typically like to email it – but you can also save it to your phone’s files as well (iPhone users will have an iCloud account that you can save it on).
Choose where you want your resume to go! You can email it to employers, text it to friends, or save it fo your files. You can also rename your resume as something more professional, such as your last name.
Make sure to save your resume, and you’re good to go!
Congratulations! You have a ready to use, free JobGet resume to send to employers.
Important note: You can also download your free JobGet resume via email! Every time you update your JobGet profile (add new work experience, education, certification, etc.) you will automatically receive an email with a copy of your updated copy attached.
Use your mail app on your phone and search for “email@example.com,” or “JobGet Resume.”
