During the interview process, it is common for interviewers to ask this question. This question is one that you can really expand upon and give a great answer to. There are multiple things that the interviewer wants to understand about you from this question. 

When this question is asked, the interviewer is trying to find out more about you. They want to see how well you understand the company’s culture,  the daily tasks that are entailed, and how much you want the position. Also, they hope to see what you would contribute that goes above and beyond just the original job description.

Here are some tips on how to answer this important question:
